These Terms of Service govern your use of Lughara's website, learning dashboard, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. We use Clerk to manage authentication and login sessions. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

3. Service Description

Lughara provides language-learning and speaking-practice services, including Arabic, along with guided lessons and related educational tools. Our Services may include group classes, one-on-one instruction, and self-guided digital learning products (SaaS). Features and offerings may change over time, and we may add, modify, or remove them at any time to improve the Services.

4. Audio Processing

Some exercises require voice input. Lughara may use third-party AI services, including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and other providers, to process audio for speech-related functionality. Lughara does not store user audio recordings on its own systems, but third-party providers may process data as needed to provide their services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, without limitation:

• violating applicable laws or regulations;
• attempting unauthorized access to systems or data;
• interfering with normal operation of the Services;
• reverse engineering or scraping the Services in prohibited ways;
• using the Services to transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, content, branding, and course materials, are owned by Lughara or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

7. Educational Purpose and No Guarantees

Lughara is an educational service. Individual learning progress depends on many factors, and we do not guarantee specific language outcomes, fluency levels, or timelines.

The Services may rely on third-party providers (including Clerk, Google Gemini, OpenAI, and other equivalent providers we may use from time to time). Your use of those integrations may also be subject to those providers' terms and privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lughara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use arising from or related to your use of the Services.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if required by law.
